Ingredients
2 Bundles Master Cook Udon Noodles
½ Onion - sliced
½ Chinese Cabbage
8 Shiitake Mushrooms
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
For the Sauce:
6 tbsp Mirin
4 tbsp Master Cook Soy Sauce
Garnish with a sprinkle of chopped coriander and spring onions
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the noodles as per the instructions on the pack.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the mushrooms. Fry until they start to take on colour then add the onion and cabbage. Continue to fry for approx. 5 minutes until they soften.
Step 3
Mix mirin and soy sauce together and add to the pan. Mix well with the vegetables.
Step 4
Add in the noodles and mix so everything is coated in the sauce.
Step 5
Finish with a sprinkling of chopped coriander and spring onions. Serve piping hot.
